Harris Teeter - - Responsibilities:
Assist to manage and supervise up to 15 associates in the Meat/Seafood Department.;
Assist Meat/Seafood Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.;
Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work.;
Assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.;
Ensure compliance with Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws; participate in required training and teamwork to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
