Marsh & Magnolia is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate - Hat Stylist to join our talented team in Charleston, South Carolina. Weekend and afternoon availability is required, and schedule is flexible (10-20 hours per week). This on-site role involves assisting customers with creating personalized hats while providing a welcoming and engaging shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include styling hats, educating customers about our products, handling retail sales transactions, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Training will be provided.
