Gold Creations is a family owned and operated jewelry store located in the Charleston City Market. Our store is fun and fast paced with an emphasis on customer service and teamwork. • Greet customers and determine what each customer wants or needs.
• Describe details and specifications of merchandise to customers.
• Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Assist customers with trying on merchandise.
• Enter sales into lightspeed system and process cash or credit payments.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Watch for and recognize security risks and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist with organizing, counting, and maintaining inventory stock.
• Tag, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
• Clean shelves, counter, and merchandise.
