Keyholder​/Shift Lead

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to help lead our team and support daily store operations.

This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Open and close the store
• Lead shifts and support team members
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Assist customers and drive sales
• Handle register and transactions confidently
• Step in wherever needed — from the floor to the buy counter

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Leadership mindset (formal or informal experience)
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
• Strong communication and team skills
• Willingness to jump in and support all areas of the store
