JK Designs offers an interactive, creative shopping experience that emphasizes craftsmanship, individuality, and personal style.

The Jewelry Sales and Design Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston County, SC. This role involves engaging customers on the sales floor, guiding them through gemstone selection, and assisting with the design of custom jewelry pieces. The associate will explain product features, provide styling recommendations, and support customers in creating unique designs that match their preferences and budget.

Daily responsibilities include handling retail sales transactions, maintaining product displays, ensuring an inviting store environment, and helping with inventory organization. The role also includes addressing customer questions, supporting special orders, and contributing to an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the JK Designs brand.

• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly, professionally, and warmly with diverse customers.
• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to provide attentive support and ensure positive outcomes for each visit.
• Retail Sales skills to manage transactions, upsell complementary items, and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Interest or experience in jewelry, fashion, or design, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work on-site in Charleston County, SC, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a small, collaborative team environment.
• Basic math and POS (point-of-sale) skills, along with accurate cash-handling abilities.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
