The UPS Store is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Associate to join our team!

We're a locally owned and operated business, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in providing great customer service and being part of a team. No shipping or printing experience? That's okaywe'll train the right person.

• Must have availability to work weekend shifts (we close up shop at 3PM on the weekends)

Previous retail & customer service experience is a plusbut not required.

As a Retail Associate, you'll:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service
• Process UPS and other carrier shipments
• Pack and prepare items for shipping
• Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, and document services
• Process transactions and handle cash accurately
• Receive and organize packages and mail
• Assist mailbox customers
• Answer customer questions and help solve problems
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional store
• Learn and promote our products and services
• Help with opening and or closing the store

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends
