Branch Wholesale Product Specialist; Part-Time

Overview

This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales goals while maintaining product quality and store presentation.

• Work with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and the store.
• Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The selected candidate will train at Store #2728, located at 472 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29403, and work at 72112 Charleston, SC when it opens.

Part-Time position.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value. The company conducts a criminal history review to protect its business, customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
