- Collaborate with Regional Directors to achieve wealth management goals and drive sales results
- Understand and implement the full Wealth Management and Insurance product suite to assist clients
- Report on sales progress to ensure Wealth Management Sales Results are achieved
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- 2+ years of experience in financial advising, internal wholesaling, or retail financial services
- 1+ years of experience in fee-based management
- Must reside in NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, LA, or MS and pass a non-registered fingerprint background check
- Series 7 license at the time of application
- Series 63 + 65, or 66 at the time of application or must obtain within 180 days
- 2+ years of financial planning or advising experience
- Strong presentation skills in both live and virtual formats
- Industry designation (CFP, CLU, CHFC) or currently in progress
