Opportunity

We’re hiring a high-output Sales Manager to own a defined South Carolina territory and build strong, profitable relationships with liquor stores (off-premise). This is a field-based role for someone who can open doors, drive placements, protect shelf space, execute promotions, and grow repeat orders.

Top performers will have a clear path into senior leadership / executive suite responsibilities as we scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow a regional route calling on liquor stores across SC (and select on-premise opportunities as needed).
  • Secure and expand distribution, displays, shelf placement, features, and resets.
  • Build trusted relationships with store owners, managers, and key buyers.
  • Execute sales plans: monthly goals, promo calendars, pricing, incentives, and in-store activations.
  • Conduct tastings/samplings and brand education (as permitted by law and company policy).
  • Track orders, inventory needs, and performance using CRM / reporting tools.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing/operations to ensure strong execution and follow-through.
  • Provide market intelligence: competitor activity, pricing trends, and account feedback.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
  • Fully onboarded on product knowledge, pricing, and sales process.
  • Territory plan built (target accounts, weekly call cadence, goals).
  • New placements and incremental orders showing measurable growth.
  • Strong in-store execution: displays, features, and consistent follow-ups.
Who You Are

  • You are organized, accountable, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
  • You communicate clearly and follow through—store teams enjoy working with you.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience (beverage alcohol preferred; CPG considered).
  • Proven track record of hitting goals: placements, volume, and revenue growth.
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle; willing to travel within SC region.
  • Ability to lift/carry typical sales materials (cases, table setup for tastings, etc.).
  • Comfortable with CRM, email, and basic reporting.
Preferred
  • Existing relationships with SC liquor store owners/managers or distributor networks.
  • Experience running tastings, promotions, and in-store merchandising.
  • Knowledge of South Carolina alcohol compliance basics (we’ll train the right person).
Advancement Track

This is not a “stay-in-your-lane” job. If you perform, you’ll be considered for expanded responsibilities such as:

  • Statewide Key Accounts / Chain Management
  • Sales Director / VP of Sales
  • Commercial strategy and leadership roles (executive suite track)
