This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston County, SC, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will handle customer relationships, oversee service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing account portfolios, coordinating with operations teams to meet client needs, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role also involves preparing performance reports and collaborating on strategies to improve service offerings.

• Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Organizational and Time Management abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively and prioritize tasks
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, to liaise with team members and clients
• Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation for monitoring and improving account performance
• Knowledge of supply chain management or logistics is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with CRM tools and related software is a plus
• Ability to thrive in an on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
