Charleston, South Carolina | Tenure Track Faculty Position/Cytogenomic Laboratory Director Join a team that's Changing What's Possible – The Medical University of South Carolina's (MUSC) nationally recognized Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine seeks an academically-oriented Cytogenomics Laboratory Director. The MUSC Cytogenomics Laboratory provides comprehensive oncological and constitutional testing services including karyotyping, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), chromosomal microarray analysis and specialty liquid/solid tumor molecular testing.

In addition to providing excellent patient care, our department also consistently ranks in the upper half of pathology departments in the United States for National Institutes of Health research with approximately $5 million dollars in extramural funding annually.
