Security Officer - Armed Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $20.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, congregants, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed and completing required notifications;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy concerns;
Control access points by screening guests, monitoring entry and exit activity, verifying credentials when required, and directing individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures;
Complete detailed reports of daily activity, patrol findings, and incident response, and communicate key information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
