This candidate will work 6:30am 3:00pm and 2:30pm 11:00pm, including weekends and holidays.

As a Security Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, owners, and team members. You’ll provide proactive, professional security services while delivering exceptional hospitality.

• Conduct routine and random inspections of property and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
• Supervise and respond to emergency and alarm systems.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports and incident documentation.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities; gather witness statements and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Provide outstanding guest service answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with deliveries.
• Patrol the resort’s interior and perimeter to identify potential safety or security risks.
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when vital.
• Support team operations and assist colleagues as needed.

• Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and effective manner.
• Have full and open availability and can work any shift including weekends and holidays.
• Must have previous computer experience and excellent verbal and written social skills to write incident reports

• Prior security experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
• Military or law enforcement background
• Current First Aid/CPR certifications
