Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.;
Screen guests, bags, packages, and personal items in accordance with post orders and location policies, while maintaining a courteous and professional presence.;
Monitor entry points and assist with directing visitor flow, verifying credentials when required, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and supporting security-related response efforts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned indoor and outdoor areas, including public spaces, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
