Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Guest Services

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records at the site reception area;
Monitor access points, lobby activity, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to procedures;
Respond to incidents and customer concerns in a calm, professional manner following emergency protocols when appropriate;
Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer incoming calls, direct guests to appropriate personnel, and communicate information to leadership and site contacts
