Walden Security seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee Security Officers at the field level, ensuring adherence to Post Orders and Walden procedures. You will supervise roving patrols, inspect posts, and coordinate on-the-job training as needed. This role requires armed, uniformed duty and knowledge of branch post instructions.
The supervisor will respond to alarms, manage shifts, and relay critical issues to Field/Ops Managers. Weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, third shift) apply.
