The State of South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking a supervisor to oversee security personnel and inmates assigned to a unit. You will manage and mentor staff, assist with evaluations and corrective actions, and ensure orders are followed during routine and unannounced inspections to uphold safety standards.
You will also brief and train security personnel, conduct investigations into misconduct, mediate where needed, participate in counts, and file written reports as required.
