Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, visitors, and commercial vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and logs
