We are looking for a Custom Remodeling Carpenter who takes true pride in their craft, from framing to the final piece of trim.

What You Will Do:

• Framing to Finish:
  Execute high-quality carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, millwork, doors, and custom built-ins.
• Problem Solve:
  Read blueprints and shop drawings, and figure out how to make tight tolerances work on the job site.
• Collaborate:
  Work alongside our Project Managers, designers, and specialty trades to keep the job moving smoothly.
• Represent the Brand:
  Keep a clean, safe, and organized job site while working in high-end, client-facing environments.

What We Need From You:

• 5+ Years
  
  Experience:
  
  Professional carpentry experience, specifically in high-end residential or custom commercial remodeling.
• The Tools of the Trade:
  High proficiency with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• The Eye for Detail:
  You know how to deliver fine finish work and custom details.
• The Basics: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work actively indoors/outdoors.
