- 3+ years of plumbing experience (at least 1 year in home service).
- Knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Experience with Service Titan or similar software (a plus, not required).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and pride in workmanship.
