Conduct NSPIRE inspections and preventive maintenance to meet HUD housing quality standards.;
Diagnose and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems.;
Perform interior and exterior repairs such as doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, drywall, painting, masonry, and concrete.;
Maintain and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment (e.g., furnaces, water heaters, stoves, refrigerators).;
Prepare units for occupancy, address work orders, and respond to maintenance emergencies (on-call rotation).
