Bilfinger is seeking experienced Insulators for onsite work in Charleston, Tennessee. This role involves installing insulation materials in various industrial environments, often at heights or in challenging conditions. The ideal candidates will have several years of relevant experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

• Minimum 3-5 years of Insulator experience
• Ability to work from lifts, scaffolding, and ladders
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime or modified schedule as required
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for project needs
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site
• Required to wear appropriate PPE at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe shoes)
• Ability to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds often and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Ability to take direction, comprehend instructions, and work well with others
• Ability to work safely alone and as part of a team
