Perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment at customer sites;
Problem solve with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, and District Service teams;
Complete field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets;
Travel regionally to provide local or countrywide field service support, including overnight travel;
Assist senior technicians and support Project Management on larger system start-ups
