Pay Range: $27.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM | Monday-Friday | 40+ Hours per Week | Overtime Opportunities Available

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
• Recommend solutions that best serve customer needs
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

• Minimum two years of residential HVAC service experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC electrical and low-voltage systems
• NATE Certification is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
