General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform appliance repair/installation, electrical and plumbing work, glazing, caulking, and general upkeep for multifamily properties in Charleston, SC. You will complete work orders, maintain safety standards, and support preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of maintenance experience, and EPA 608 certification (preferred).
