Scaffolding Laborers

InProduction is seeking Scaffolding Laborers to join their team for professional sporting events across South Carolina. These roles involve building and dismantling scaffolding at major venues, offering consistent, year-round work with travel opportunities. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to grow their construction skills in a dynamic environment.

• Wage:
  Up to $18 per hour
• Per diem provided
• Hotel lodging arranged and provided (two crew members per room)

• Background check and drug screening required
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with good driving record
• Familiarity with basic hand tools (drills, saws, hammers, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions
• Willingness to work overtime and travel for extended periods (90+ days)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
