We are seeking an experienced
Apartment Maintenance Technician skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
Must be EPA Certified.

• $150 Weekly On-Call Stipend
• 401(k) with 4% Match + Historically 6.25% Profit Sharing (Immediate Vesting)

• Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
• Valid Driver's License
