Madison Communities in Charleston, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment communities and keep residents safe and comfortable. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes timely repairs and quality service.
You’ll work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance, respond to service requests, and coordinate with vendors on larger projects. 1+ year of multifamily maintenance preferred; HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications are a plus.
