Pipe Layer Fitter
Location:
Pay Rate Range: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
Schedule: M-F 7 am to 3:30
Location: Sanford Nc. 27330
We are currently seeking experienced Ductile Iron Pipe Installers to join our team. Candidates must have hands‑on experience working with underground utility installations and be comfortable working in excavation environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) ranging from 4" to 60"
- Experience with Mechanical Joint, Fastite (Fast Tight), and Flanged Pipe systems
- Comfortable working in safe excavations ranging from 5' to 20' deep
- Knowledge of trenching and excavation safety practices
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel as needed for projects
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Experience on municipal water, sewer, or utility projects
- Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
