$27.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Charleston, SC | Full-Time 8AM - 5PM | Monday-Friday | Overtime Opportunities Available

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• NATE Installation Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and low-voltage wiring
• Ability to test, commission, and balance HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical job duties

• Install residential heating and cooling equipment according to company standards
• Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Perform system startups, testing, and balancing
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry best practices
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Assist with training and supporting less experienced installers when needed
