* Job Summary:

** We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber Level II to join our Service Experts HVAC and Plumbing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing duties, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.

** Responsibilities:
*** Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
* Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues or defects.
* Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.
* Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
* Carry out installations and repairs of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
* Cut, thread, and bend pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Clean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
* Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
* Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.
* Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
* Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior plumbers and helpers.
