Plan, organize, control, supervise, administer and complete facility plumbing maintenance and repair program.
- Responsible for program and supervision of emergency plumbing maintenance and repair operations.
- Install, operate and maintain plumbing and sewage disposal system.
- Diagram and make take-offs.
- Requisition material and parts needed.
- Position requires on-call rotation and/or 24-hour emergency repair.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
State of South CarolinaMinimum Requirements
A high school diploma and experience in the installation, maintenance or repair of air, water, gas or waste disposal systems. Relevant experience may be substituted for the required diploma on a year-for-year basis.
