• Diagnose and repair home appliances with precision
• Provide transparent cost estimates for repairs and installations
• Collect payment and maintain professional communication with clients
• Ensure efficient use of materials and keep your company vehicle in top shape
• Complete daily invoices, route sheets, and weekly reports
• Embrace opportunities for cross-training in related roles

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred
• Strong understanding of repair techniques and appliance components
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable with tablet technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Work Environment:
  This role involves various physical demands, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting. The schedule is flexible with no weekend hours, allowing for a great work-life balance.
