- Walk alongside children and families as they build stability, confidence, and hope within their homes
- Be a consistent, supportive presence for families navigating change, stress,and new beginnings
- Help parents and caregivers strengthen daily routines, relationships, and problem-solving skills
- Encourage families as they recognize their own strengths and take steps toward lasting growth
- Create safe, supportive spaces where families feel heard, respected, and empowered
- Celebrate progress—both big milestones and small victories—along the journey
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or arelated field preferred
- Experience working with children and families preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in home and community settings
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Experience providing in-home or community-based familysupport services
- Knowledge of child welfare, family systems, or behavioral health services
- Strong observational and documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and supportive in challenging situations
