Engineer Scientist

GovCIO LLC seeks an Engineer Scientist to design and deliver modern IT solutions for federal agencies. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure software and data solutions for federal customers
• Apply scientific and engineering methods to analyze mission data and optimize systems
• Implement cloud-native architectures, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and visualizations to support mission decisions
• Collaborate with product owners, UX, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies
• Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, compliance, and performance standards
• Create technical documentation, test plans, and design artifacts
• Troubleshoot, refine, and optimize applications in production environments
