Shuttle Driver

Job Description

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for delivering first‑class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner while operating a multi‑passenger van. Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Driving the shuttle van safely in all weather conditions.
• Ensuring punctuality and reliability at all shifts.
• Maintaining an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.

• Proactive – anticipate results and pursue high standards.
• Appreciation – celebrate team members and leaders.
• Accountability – own the work and hold each other to high standards.
• Grace – develop effective processes that enable excellent service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Successful completion of background, drug, and MVR screening.
• Exemplary guest service skills.
