This is a full-time, on-site Van Driver role based in Charleston, SC. The Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting electrical products between the branch, customers, and other CES locations, following designated routes and delivery schedules. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, verifying delivery documentation, maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle, and following all traffic and safety regulations.

The role also involves providing courteous service at customer sites, communicating with branch staff about delivery issues or delays, and assisting in the warehouse with organizing, stocking, and inventory as needed. The Van Driver works closely with branch team members to ensure accurate, timely deliveries that support customer projects and branch operations.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of local roads and safe driving practices.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move electrical products and materials, including frequent loading and unloading of the van.
• Experience following delivery routes, using maps or navigation tools, and managing delivery schedules and documentation.
• Strong customer service skills, including professional communication and respectful interactions at job sites and business locations.
• Basic warehouse skills such as organizing stock, verifying orders, and assisting with inventory tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work full-time on-site in Charleston, SC and support team and customer needs.
• Attention to detail in checking orders, matching paperwork, and ensuring accurate deliveries.
• Previous experience in driving, delivery, or distribution environments is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
