Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Warehouse & Facility Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, facility upkeep, and tool management for a busy HVAC and plumbing contractor. This role plays a key part in keeping materials organized, tools accounted for, and the facility running efficiently to support our field and logistics teams.

This position reports directly to the Warehouse, Facility, and Tool Manager.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and tools
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with tracking materials
• Prepare and distribute materials for field teams and job sites
• Operate a forklift to safely move materials and equipment
• Assist the logistics team with deliveries and daily operational needs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, yard, and storage areas
• Perform general facility upkeep (trash removal, basic landscaping such as weed eating/grass cutting)
• Organize connexes and storage areas for efficiency and accessibility

• Assist with tracking and organizing tools and equipment
• Help ensure tools are checked in/out properly and stored correctly
• Notify management of damaged or missing equipment

• Previous warehouse, construction, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required (or willingness to be trained/certified)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
