About the RoleThis position works directly with customers to pull, stage, and load building materials accurately and efficiently. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position supporting our yard and retail operations.
What you’ll be doing :- Assisting customers by pulling orders and loading materials into vehicles and trucks
- Safely operating forklifts and handling materials in a busy yard environment
- Working on your feet approximately 90% of the day
- Consistently lifting, carrying, and moving materials 50+ lbs
- Working outdoors and in the warehouse in all weather conditions
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicating clearly with team members and customers to ensure accuracy
This role is best suited for someone who:
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work every day
- Is comfortable with physical labor throughout the entire shift
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Values teamwork and takes pride in doing the job right the first time
- Follows safety guidelines at all times
- Forklift operation
- Material handling or lumber yard experience
- Warehouse or construction-related work
- Continuous standing, walking, lifting, and carrying
- Frequent lifting of 50+ lbs
- Outdoor yard and warehouse setting
- Exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and rain

Compensation & Benefits- Paid every Friday + overtime available weekly
- Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time schedule Monday-Friday with weekends and holidays off
