Position: Dynamic Commercial Real Estate Office Coordinator
A regional commercial services firm is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee operations in Charleston, West Virginia. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administrative activities, support brokerage and property management functions, and maintain efficiency in the office environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential. Experience in commercial real estate is preferred but not required.
