Responsible for providing support to Wayne district in all program areas. Work the reception/switchboard, greet visitors/clients, schedule appointments, assist daily with scanning, documents, applications and verifications into the client's case. Processing incoming and outgoing mail, processing certified/Fed Ex and take daily mail to the post office. Provide back-up coverage for other operations staff. Assist with purging of files and other support duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Training:
Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
