Administrative Services Assistant II – Contribution Payroll Coordinator
The Administrative Services Assistant II Temp position supports the WV Teachers’ Defined Contribution Retirement System (TDC Plan) by coordinating and processing employee and employer retirement contributions. This role ensures all payroll submissions are reviewed, audited, reconciled, and uploaded accurately and within strict compliance timelines. The position requires strong analytical ability, good math skills, and computer skills. This position is temp-to-hire with the local government entity.
Key Duties
● Review, audit, and reconcile incoming payrolls.
● Prepare deposit spreadsheets and contribution packets.
● Upload contributions to participant accounts and coordinate bank transfers.
● Maintain cumulative payroll records and perform monthly/annual reconciliations.
● Assist with year-end reconciliation and special projects.

● Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
