Senior Executive Assistant to Global Business Advisor Must Have:
Experience as a Executive Assistant role at least 5 years to be considered

Location: Greater Charleston, WV
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Hire
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office is in Charleston WV, must be based in the Charleston WV area or willing to relocate)
Pay Range: Up to $80k/year(based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible Schedule with Occasional Availability Outside Standard Business Hours

Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CEOs, executive assistants, business leaders, and international stakeholders.
  • Manage a highly dynamic executive calendar spanning multiple countries and time zones.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and meeting logistics.
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual meetings with high-profile business contacts worldwide.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, executive briefings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Anticipate scheduling priorities and proactively resolve conflicts before they impact business operations.
  • Maintain confidential business and personal information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Support travel preparation, including organizing, shipping, tracking, and managing travel-related materials and supplies.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across diverse cultures and international business environments.
  • Respond effectively to last-minute travel changes, urgent requests, and shifting executive priorities.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
  • 10+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-suite leaders, senior consultants, business advisors, or comparable executive-level professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating international business activities and global travel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with executive-level presence.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, virtual collaboration tools, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience supporting executives with international business operations
  • Familiarity with ACT CRM or similar contact management platforms.
  • Knowledge of international business etiquette and cross‑cultural communication practices.
  • Experience coordinating executive events, international meetings, or leadership engagements.
