Marshall University Flight School is seeking a part-time Aviation Scheduler to support daily flight operations at its Charleston, WV (CRW) location. This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining flight schedules involving students, flight instructors, and aircraft, ensuring efficient and accurate use of available resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage a frequently changing schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate flight schedules for students, instructors, and aircraft
- Communicate scheduling changes and updates promptly and clearly to all relevant parties
- Maintain accurate and organized scheduling records
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn aviation-specific scheduling concepts and terminology (prior aviation experience not required)
- Ability to work on-site at the Charleston, WV (CRW) location
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
