Pay Rate: $30.15 p/hr
Position SummaryWe are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the U.S. Gas Projects Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO develops tools, processes, and training to enhance project delivery across the U.S. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional interested in data analysis, application development, and project execution within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support PMO tools, processes, and training development for U.S. project delivery teams.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and insights that help improve project execution.
- Contribute to application development initiatives (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Apply the company’s core values—safety, responsibility, integrity, innovation, and collaboration—to all work activities.
- Provide analytical support while navigating changing priorities and dynamic project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience (entry‑level friendly).
- Strong safety mindset, both personally and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
- Interest in Project or Construction Management.
- Experience or interest in learning Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with changing priorities.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
- Standard office environment (no field work).
- No travel required.
- 40‑hour work week with weekly timesheets.
