Construction Foreman

The Foreman is responsible for leading crews and executing daily tasks on heavy civil job sites. This hands‑on leadership role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications, particularly in concrete‑related operations.

• Supervise and lead crews performing concrete, bridge repair, sidewalks, and highway work
  .
• Execute daily work plans provided by the Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent.
• Assist with post‑tensioning installation and concrete placement activities
  .
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain quality standards in all concrete work (forming, pouring, finishing).
• Promote and enforce safety practices on‑site.
• Report progress, issues, and manpower needs.
• Travel and work at various project sites across the Northeast U.S.

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or concrete construction.
• Hands‑on experience with concrete work and infrastructure projects
  .
• Familiarity with post‑tensioning processes preferred.
• Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong work ethic and problem‑solving skills.
