Onsite Safety & Care Coordinator - Construction

Holder Construction, based in Charleston, West Virginia, seeks an Occupational Safety and Care Coordinator for our project in Franklin Furnace, Ohio. This full-time position focuses on injured worker advocacy, managing the claims process with a focus on professionalism and care. The successful candidate will work directly with the Safety Team and subcontractors to deliver exceptional support and manage the process from the first report of an injury through the recovery phase.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, along with a minimum of 2–4 years of construction safety experience.
