Experienced PEMB builders with high quality communication skills and an ability to execute "the details" will be rewarded with premium compensation packages. • Establishing expectations that prioritize a clean, organized site & safety first.
• Daily oversight of all crafts, subcontractors & suppliers on the entire project site.
• Establish open channels of communication with building manufacturers and project management in order to address clarification of spec's & details in drawings and/or potential constructability issues.
• Understand the project schedule and plan accordingly to execute. Address any delays in delivery of materials & equipment with management & labor in order to adjust master schedule and construction activities as necessary.
• Observe labor & materials costs on a consistent basis while addressing with project management & project engineer.
• Utilize technology including Procore, Bluebeam & iPad to execute weekly reports and address any potential problems related to drawings & project spec's.
• Maintain a clean, organized job trailer that displays all required permits, licenses & insurance documents for all to see and review.
• Be a proactive problem-solver that engages with all necessary entities to address all issues that could impact safety, quality, schedule & budget.

• 10+ years of field experience in the commercial construction industry.
• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on site.
• A thorough understanding of PEMB's; that includes reading drawings, interpreting spec's, the erection process and building sequence.
• Willing to consistently travel to assigned site in OH / WV / KY / IN.
• Valid Driver's License & ability to pass a standard background check.

$130k - $170k base salary (tbd based on PEMB experience & stable work history) + truck + travel per diem + full range of benefits including annual bonus.
