CJ Hughes Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Operator for our Water and Sewer department. This role involves safely operating heavy equipment while leading crew operations on underground utility projects and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience laying water mains, reading grades and blueprints, and working in city streets and varied terrain. CDL is preferred and travel may be required.
