IDPA Resident 1 Month
We are installing two IDPA appliances; one DP4400 at each site. The DP4400's will be utilized for protecting VM's and Power Scale. The customer does not have any working experience with Power Scale, so their entire team will need assistance with transitioning to the new platform.
Additional Info:
- Assist with data migration and/or backup conversion
- Work with the customer to setup backup policies, replication, scheduling, etc.
- Support customer's transition to new environment
All onsite resources will have to finger printed and pass a background check.
